WHAT WOULD BE MY FIRST STEP IF I WANTED TO BUILD A CUSTOM HOME?
The first step would be to purchase the lot. Every single strategy and calculation revolves around the location of the land. Our builders can start working with you after the purchase.
I HIRED A CUSTOM BUILDER THAT WENT OVER BUDGET. CAN YOU COMPLETE THE PROJECT?
Our builders can take over abandoned projects. However, it is unlikely that they will agree to do so for the remaining budget. A new budget and contract will have to be decided upon.
IS IT CHEAPER TO BUILD A CUSTOM HOME OR TO PURCHASE ONE FROM A PRODUCTION BUILDER?
Generally, building a custom home is more expensive. However, there could be exceptions depending on the location of your property.
IS IT CHEAPER TO ACT AS MY OWN GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHEN BUILDING A CUSTOM HOME?
